  • July 13 & 14, 2024.

  • Each team is allowed up to four registered players and must have a minimum of three. All players must be officially registered to participate in the tournament.

  • No. You can build your team however you like. Keep in mind, however, that it may not be possible to bracket teams with very diverse player characteristics against other teams of similar makeup.

Based on player ages, you should select your Division as follows:

Youth 8-9 No player on a team may be over 9 years old on the first day of the tournament.

Youth 10-11 No player on a team may be over 11 years old on the first day of the tournament.

Youth 12-13 No player on a team may be over 13 years old on the first day of the tournament.

Teen 14-15 No player on a team may be over 15 years old on the first day of the tournament.

Teen 16-17 No player on a team may be over 17 years old on the first day of the tournament.

Adult 18+ One or more players on a team must be at least 18 years old on the first day of the tournament. No player may be younger than 16 years old.

Adult 35+ All players on a team must be at least 35 years old on the first day of the tournament.

Elite 18+ All players on a team must be at least 18 years old on the first day of the tournament.

  • Select the Division appropriate for players’ ages on the first day of Tournament game play.

  • While we do allow individuals to play on up to two teams, we cannot control game schedules to guard against scheduling conflicts. Individuals playing on multiple teams could have multiple games scheduled at the same time, so please keep this in mind. Players who intend to play on multiple teams must be officially registered on each team.

Players may only be on one team in the Elite 18+ Division.

  • Yes. Keep in mind, however, that mixed gender teams playing in designated co-ed brackets must have members of both genders on the court at all times.

For example: On a team with three males and one female, the female would have to play the entire time in each game with no rest. If this female would become injured or otherwise unable to play, then the team would have to forfeit its remaining games.

If event organizers determine there are not sufficient numbers of similar mixed gender teams to form a specific co-ed bracket, these mixed gender teams would be placed in appropriate male brackets. These teams would not be required to have members of both genders on the court at all times.

  • You can log back into your registration account to make player changes for free anytime before the final deadline registration. After this deadline, player changes must be made via the Player Change Request Form on this website and will incur a $20 fee.

Rosters will lock at 12pm on Friday, July 12, 2024 and no player changes can be made after this time.

Keep this in mind if you only have three players on your roster, as a serious injury to one of your players could leave you with only two players, disqualifying your team from the tournament.

See the Tournament Details page on this website for more information.

  • All teams will have at least three scheduled games. Your team may play more games based on pool size and playoff qualification. Opposing team forfeits or other occurrences beyond the control of tournament organizers could affect the number of games a team plays.

  • Youth, Teen, Adult, and Wheelchair Divisions:

Divisions will be divided up into smaller competitive groupings called brackets, with each bracket ultimately culminating in a bracket Championship game.

Players on Champion and Finalist teams in every bracket will get awards celebrating their achievement.

    Elite Division:

The Men’s and Women’s Elite Divisions may consist of multiple brackets. The winners of each Elite Division bracket will compete for the overall Elite Division Championship. There will be a single team crowned Champion in the Men’s Elite Division and a single team crowned Champion in the Women’s Elite Division.

The Men’s Elite Division Champion team and the Women’s Elite Division Champion team will each receive a $1,000 team cash prize. The Men’s Elite Division Finalist team and the Women’s Elite Division Finalist team will each receive a $500 team cash prize.

In order to host either the Men’s Elite Division or the Women’s Elite Division, a minimum number of teams will be required, as determined by Event Organizers. If the minimum team count is not reached in an Elite Division, the Elite Division will not be held and no prize money will be distributed. Any team that registers for an Elite Division that is not held will be notified, placed in an Adult Division, and refunded the difference paid in the registration fee.
